We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented professional for the role of Assistant Manager - Institution Engagement. The incumbent has to be resourceful and will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with colleges, universities, and private institutes to facilitate partnerships with BFSI SSC for the purpose of imparting skill training and employment for the students. This role requires a strategic approach, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of Skilling and the BFSI sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Acquisition of new institution:
Identify and target colleges, universities, and private institutes for collaboration in skill development programs in the respective zone.
Making outbound calls to the head of the institutions to discuss plan of skill education
Fixing appointment with the head of the institutions along the Institution Engagement Head for final meeting.
Preparing database of the institutions from different locations.
Continuous follow up with the prospects till final closure.
Sending proposal mails to the institutions.
Promoting various BFSI courses to the colleges, universities and other institutions.
Preparing minutes of the meeting.
Sending minutes of the meeting to the concerned authority.
10.Coordinate for documentation and MOU signing.
Coordination with cross functional team for better functioning
Coordination with existing institution for better support and service delivery.
13.Timely reporting through excel, ppt etc.
14.Target of revenue and institution tie up will be part of the KRA
Skills and Experience:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Good listening skill and ability to comprehend the instruction given.
Smart and ability to communicate effectively
Understanding of the BFSI sector and its skill requirements will be added advantage.
Age bracket: 25 to 35 yrs.
