Job DescriptionBroad Function:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with strong expertise in Cpaas solutions and proven experience in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic client relationships, and driving revenue growth by positioning our Cpaas offerings in BFSI.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Offer a unique CCM + Cpaas offering to the BFSI's in India.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the BFSI sector, focusing on Cpaas-led communication and engagement solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with CXOs, senior decision-makers, and technology leaders in BFSI organizations.
- Position Cpaas offerings as value-driven solutions especially if paired with our core CCM offering.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (pre-sales, product, marketing, and delivery) to craft customized solutions for clients.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitive landscape, and evolving BFSI customer needs to refine go-to-market strategies.
- Prepare and deliver impactful business proposals, presentations, and RFP responses.
- Ensure consistent pipeline growth through networking, industry events, partnerships, and direct client engagement.
Desired Experience Required:
- 4–6 years of experience in business development / sales roles within Cpaas, cloud communication, or enterprise SaaS solutions.
- Strong exposure to the existing Tier 1 BFSI domain, with existing networks/relationships being a strong plus.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to understand complex client requirements and translate them into tailored Cpaas solutions.
- Strong business acumen with a strategic approach to sales and market development.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
