The fragmented job market offers little clarity on the skills needed for fresh graduates to succeed, leaving many unable to meet industry demands. This challenge is especially pronounced in Tier 2&3 institutes, where access to quality training and job opportunities is limited.

The recent success of NxtWave Institute of Advanced Technologies (NIAT), with ~1,000 enrollments in its first year, highlights the potential to address this issue. However, scaling this success requires deep market penetration, reaching even the most remote corners of India. The Head of Revenue will play a pivotal role in driving NxtWave's growth, ensuring that students from every region gain access to industry-relevant training and employment opportunities. By expanding NxtWave's reach, this role will help bridge the skills gap nationwide, turning India's youth into a job-ready workforce while driving significant revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement revenue strategies, including sales plans, pricing, and strategic partnerships.

2. Lead sales and growth teams, ensuring alignment with revenue goals and objectives.

3. Identify market trends and customer needs to drive new growth opportunities.

- Track and optimize key revenue metrics, adjusting strategies to meet targets.

- Lead, manage, and mentor teams, fostering a results-driven, high-performance culture.

4. Collaborate with leadership to track KPIs related to revenue growth and conversion rates.

5. Ensure sales teams communicate effectively with diverse regions, including multiple Indian languages.

6. Utilize advanced technologies like AI, automation, and cloud-based solutions to streamline processes, improve decision-making, and enhance efficiency across teams.

7. Experiment with various revenue opportunities like new products, regional expansion, and partnerships, scaling successful initiatives to drive growth

- Manage budgets and resources to maximize revenue impact.

8. Report revenue performance and progress to the executive team.

As the apex revenue leader, the Head of Revenue will directly influence NxtWave's growth by driving sustainable revenue and expanding its reach to underserved regions across India. By aligning revenue growth with the company's mission, the Head of Revenue will facilitate the scalability of successful initiatives like NIAT. Must Have

1. P&L Management

- Proven experience in managing large P&L responsibilities, optimising financial performance, and driving profitability.

2. Revenue Growth and Strategy

- Strong expertise in driving large-scale revenue across product portfolios with successful 10X(Ideal operational revenue should be in the range of 500 Cr to 2000 Cr) growth across Pan-India operations.

- Experience in both B2C and B2B sales, adapting strategies to dynamic markets.

3. Leadership and Team Management

- Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional and cross-cultural teams of more than 500 resources, driving alignment and achieving sales targets.

- Proven ability to mentor senior leaders and build high-performing teams.

4. Multilingual and Cultural Understanding

- Proficiency in multiple Indian languages and deep cultural understanding for effective communication across regions.

5. Alignment with NxtWave's Mission

- Passion for education and technology, with a commitment to empowering students and professionals for better employability.
