Job Description:

At NxtWave, as a TCD, you will be heading your own technical pod, which is responsible for creation and refinement of industry-relevant content for Students. This role involves developing engaging content and materials that enhance learning experiences, ensuring industry relevance, and driving continuous improvement. You’ll collaborate with teams internally and also with SMEs externally to manage technical content tracks, analyze industry trends, and deliver high-quality outcomes that improve learners' skills and employability.

Skills Required

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in content development..
  • Strong foundational knowledge in any one of the languages (JavaScript, Python, SQL,DSA NodeJS).
  • Strong organizational skills to oversee multiple projects, manage timelines, and report on progress.
  • Detail-oriented with good documentation and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain complex technical concepts in a clear, engaging manner.
  • Familiarity with the latest educational tools and tech trends, e.g. Chat GPT, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Associate technical content developers to ensure timely and high-quality content creation.
  • Develop educational content in various formats, including text, video scripts, and interactive materials, to support different learning styles of any Industry 4.0 technologies.
  • Understanding of how to develop content to meet various learner needs and styles.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure technical accuracy and relevance of the content.
  • Design curriculum outlines, learning objectives, and roadmaps for comprehensive technical programs.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends to incorporate cutting-edge topics and technologies into the content.
  • Review and revise content regularly based on learner feedback and emerging educational strategies.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and engineering, to enhance the learning experience.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of content development to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
