About the Role:
ServiceNow is seeking a skilled Technical Content Developer to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to create and maintain high-quality technical documentation that supports multiple application or product features.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement content development processes and workflows in collaboration with design, engineering, and product management teams.
- Become familiar with ServiceNow's content development processes, DITA-based information model, and writing style and standards.
- Gain a deep understanding of ServiceNow's products and users, as well as the specific features and user base you support.
- Create technical documentation that is clear, concise, and easy to understand for end-users.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in technical communication, including internships.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas or technical information clearly through writing samples.
- Experience authoring in DITA, Markdown, or another structured authoring architecture.
- Familiarity with working in a fast-paced, globally distributed software development environment and adapting quickly to changing priorities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within teams while also managing individual assignments and deadlines.
