We are a leading edtech company seeking an experienced Sales Growth Leader to drive revenue growth and elevate our sales efforts. Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in sales leadership, with a strong emphasis on developing and executing sales strategies, customer acquisition, and market analysis within the Indian edtech industry. They must have a deep understanding of market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer behavior, as well as strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Formulate and execute robust sales strategies that align with NxtWave's ambitious growth plans, prioritizing revenue generation, market expansion, and competitive positioning.
  • Revenue Leadership: Spearhead the sales team to consistently meet and surpass revenue goals, identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities while refining sales processes to optimize performance and conversion rates.
  • Market Intelligence: Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer behavior, using these insights to adapt and refine sales strategies.
  • Customer Acquisition & Retention: Design and implement innovative customer acquisition and retention strategies, building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.
  • Outcome-Focused Leadership: Establish clear, measurable goals and KPIs for the sales team, regularly assessing performance and providing strategic guidance.
  • Team Development & Mentorship: Lead, inspire, and develop a world-class sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Frugal Operations: Champion cost-efficient sales initiatives, ensuring maximum return on investment without compromising quality outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in sales, with at least 6 years in a senior leadership role within the edtech or a related industry.
  • Skills: Demonstrated success in driving significant revenue growth, strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
  • Culture Fit: Passion for education and a deep commitment to NxtWave's mission to empower students across India.

Salary: Estimated annual salary range: ₹80 lakhs - ₹1.2 crores (approximately $100,000 - $150,000 USD), depending on experience and qualifications.
