Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong e-commerce background to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content creation. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. Additionally, you will manage and analyse e-commerce metrics, oversee spend management, and focus on improving SOS (Share of Spend) and ROS (Return on Spend) to maximize revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

o Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.

o Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify new opportunities for growth.

Product Selection Price:

o We are looking for someone who can evaluate the cost-effectiveness of products in our digital marketing campaigns to ensure competitive pricing that appeals to our target audience and maximizes ROI.

o Product Review: The person will need to conduct honest and detailed product reviews to build trust and showcase the value of our products. Their reviews should highlight competitive pricing and superior quality to effectively influence potential buyers.

SEO & SEM:

o Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the website. o Manage PPC campaigns, including Google Ads and social media advertising, to maximize ROI. Analytics & Reporting: o Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights. o Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement. Collaboration:

o Work closely with other marketing team members, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts.

o Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies as needed.

Meta and Google Ads:

o Develop and execute strategies to optimize digital marketing efforts across Meta platforms. This includes leveraging data-driven insights to enhance campaign performance, creating engaging content tailored to Meta's diverse audience, and utilizing advanced targeting features to drive ROI and brand growth.

o Seeking a skilled professional with a strong background in Google Ads to drive effective online advertising campaigns and optimize performance across digital channels.

Product Detail Page (PDP): Please review PDPs across all platforms, including video ads and influencer ads. The review should cover essential product details such as images, size, color, price, shipping information, customer reviews, and other comprehensive product data.

Our Expectations:

 Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.

 Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, and social media management tools and Meta.

 4-5 ROAS (Top Priority)

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.  Creative thinking with a keen eye for detail.
