- Responsible for managing and building relationships with key accounts, developing business plans, and providing excellent customer service.
- Working on Presentation’s and proposals as per the client’s requirement.
- Work with team to develop proposals that caters to client’s specific needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Tracking and Monitoring product, from purchase till end point delivery with the help of supporting teams and support in smooth execution.
- Visit assigned and newly developed clients on regular intervals to strengthen Ties.
- Helping team to achieve the sales target.
- Present and consult with mid and senior level Management on business trends with a view to develop new services and products.
- Present unique offerings to the client by new and innovative products and services.
- Handling customer issues related to product and service quality offered.
- Regularly visiting vendors/factory to ensure a due quality check.
