Job description
To bring more focus on business opportunities in areas of Ports, Bridges, Dam Repairs and Building repairs.To implement all the product management initiatives and marketing activities regionally
To support for implementation of all the growth drivers.
Collect market intelligence and major initiatives of major repairs works.
Aid to improve the market share of Fosroc.
Liaison with all the stakeholders and decision makers of Ports, Bridges, DAMS and Building repairs.
Co ordinating with Sales and Specification teams to align for business conversionsResponsibilitiesESSENTIAL
Compliance towards group HSE standards, India Statutory laws.
Identify and build up funnel for Ports, Dams & Bridges and to track the progress and maturity in co ordination with Sales and specifications teams
Conduct presentations and preparation of site-specific methodologies and specifications. Identify forums and participate in events such as IIT, ICDS, IIBE and NBC.
Conduct regular meetings with Key Stake holders in PORTS, Dams, irrigation Dept, WRD, CWPRS, CWS, Local Dam offices. Railways, RVNL, NHAI, IRC and CRRI
Interfacing with Technical development/ technical service team to trouble shoot any issues
SECONDARY
Working closely with Repair Applicators/Contractors working exclusive for Ports, Dams and Bridges and Develop CRM.
Timely reporting of Market opportunity, market insight, trends and analysis.Skills requiredESSENTIAL
Strong, open, engaging and & interpersonal skills gained in >3 years Construction chemicals experience
Fluency in English language with excellent verbal and written communication skills
DESIRABLE
