Business Development Manager (BDM) cum Operation Manager

 Responsibilities:

Proven track record in selling IT managed services across IT infrastructure, IBM/Oracle/HP business suites, and data center solutions.

Strong exposure to sales within the Financial Services Industry (FSI) and large conglomerates in India or neighboring countries.

Experience in establishing new sites and driving greenfield development initiatives.

Ability to engage and build relationships at the C-suite level, including re-engagement and strategic conversations.

Willingness to travel as part of the role.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities

  • Craft and send customized proposals on Upwork

  • Cultivate enduring client relationships

  • Work closely with our sales and marketing teams

  • Contribute to achieving growth and revenue targets

  • Require 3-5 years in General IT Operations, infrastructure, service management, and Support.

  • Need over 5 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.

  • Proficient in IT systems, networks, hardware, and software.

 Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills in English and regional language

  • Strategic mindset with a successful sales history
