  1. Sales Development Representatives (SDR) JD attached

  2. About the Role: Inside Sales – Individual Contributor role. SDR would be responsible for making cold calls, pitching our product/services and setting up presentations/demos for the BDM team to pick it up further and close. SDR won't be responsible for closing deals.

  3. Experience: Only Freshers

  4. Desired Profile:

  5. Good Communication Skill

  6. No Regional Accent (Important)

  7. No Speech Defect/Need clear confident voice (Important)

  8. Budget per month (Fixed Salary)

  9. Fixed Salary: Rs. 10,000 – For 3 Months of Probation. After 3 Months, Fixed Salary will be revised to upto Rs. 25,000 based on the performance during the Probation.

  10. Incentive: Performance based Incentive would be on top of this basis of the performance and as per the Incentive Plan of the company.

  11. Loyalty Bonus: Rs. 20,000 after 6 months of continuous work

  12. We need these candidates to join immediately. Preference would be given to people who can join immediately. No notice period would be accepted.
