Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Care Assistant. The Customer Care Assistant will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering excellent customer service. Daily tasks include managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive customer relationships through effective communication. The role requires a proactive approach to addressing customer needs and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications
  • Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills
  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Prior experience in customer care or support roles is beneficial
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in customer service is a plus
