Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to establish and grow the SandBox Security business in India and Middle East.
  • Proactively prospect potential customers, identify, qualify and develop a sales pipeline.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
  • Initiate and manage customer relationships, from prospecting to securing contracts and maintaining long-term partnerships.
  • Organize and execute business meetings, presentations, and negotiations to drive customer acquisition and project initiation.
  • Negotiate terms of business to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual bookings objectives.
  • Maintaining up-to-date records through thorough verification and record amendments.
  • Initiate Cross selling activities for different accounts.
  • Conduct the resale process for the existing data, of the inbound marketing campaigns.
  • Receive and follow up qualified leads from the Business Development Assistant.
  • Oversee the development of a new department, assisting in hiring and managing a sales team as the business grows.
  • Travel as required to meet with customers and stakeholders, ensuring strong relationship management and business development
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on account performance and market developments.


Requirements:

  • You must have previous experience selling Cyber Security services, solutions or training for this position.
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in account management, preferably in the Cyber Security industry.
  • Strong experience selling B2C direct to C- level clients.
  • Strong network across India and Middle East.
  • Ability to work under pressure and under own initiative.
  • Experience growing revenue via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing enterprise client accounts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the Middle east market and business culture is a plus.
