Mission of the Role:
As a player-coach, the Sr.Manager of talent acquisition and strategy leads the development & delivery of regional TA strategy and process across all regions for Visteon ensuring that TA programs are aligned with the company’s key priorities. This role will coach a team responsible for developing and delivering a global talent pipeline, as well as personally drive targeted talent attraction strategies and confidential executive search mandates. This role will also shape and drive the overall employment brand expression and candidate experience across all candidate touchpoints.
Key accountabilities / How You Will Spend Your Days:
Cutting-edge talent acquisition strategy:
Develop & drive the global talent acquisition strategy aligned with the organization's overall business objectives. This includes defining the talent acquisition roadmap, identifying talent needs, and designing innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Partner with Business Leaders & appropriate stakeholders globally to understand the talent gaps around the globe, relative to current and future talent needs for executive level roles and build internal and external recruitment strategies to deliver on top executive talent.
Define, socialize, and help implement organization-wide processes, strategic guidance on TA programs and operating mechanisms.
Leverage the power of data, technology (AI/ML tools) and advanced techniques to build and ramp up hiring capabilities.
Talent marketing and candidate experience:
Stay abreast and communicate internally industry & technology trends, market intelligence, talent initiatives and new innovations.
Review and enhance an employer brand story that resonates with top talent.
Develop initiatives to enhance candidate experience throughout the recruitment process; ensuring candidates feel valued, engaged, and excited in all stages.
Employer Value Proposition: Collaborate with HRBPs & Total Rewards teams to define and enable the evolution of total rewards strategies that attract and retain high-performing talent.
Strategic partnerships:
Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization, including business leaders, HR partners within the Regions & Functions, TA Leads and hiring managers, to understand talent needs and align talent acquisition strategies accordingly.
Lead ongoing Global Talent mapping to influence Company wide Workforce Planning strategy to drive cost and quality metrics.
Participate in industry forums, conferences, and networking events to bring in Industry benchmarks and to enhance Visteon’s reputation to attract top talent.
Consistently collect End-user Feedback, analyze it to pinpoint underlying causes and/or organizational trends. Utilize the data to develop strategies to address the opportunities.

Talent Acquisition Metrics and Reporting:
- Provide guidance for regular reports and insights to senior leadership, highlighting recruitment trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Lead the regular oversight of TA performance using Performance Dashboards, KPI’s, etc. to provide insights on trends and develop the appropriate action plans.
University & Outreach Programs:
- Coordinate with Talent Management and Business Operations to provide insights for our university programs.
- Align with the regional TA leads in developing and executing on a world class intern program. Strategize to ensure the appropriate university partnerships, strong talent pipelines and collaborations are in place.
- Develop and implement a strategy that is in line with the goals of Leadership, Engineering, HR, and TA to identify suitable professional associations to collaborate with and build relationships to fulfill future talent requirements.
Key Performance Indicators:
Drive quality talent pipeline through Talent Marketing, Assessment Programs, and impact speed through technology solutions.
Coach and guide the Regional TA teams on – continuous evaluation and improvement of TA processes, Global talent availability mapping, Governance & Stakeholder feedback.
Enhancement in organizational and leadership effectiveness as measured by - Time to Offer, Quality of hires and customer/candidate satisfaction rate, etc.
Effectiveness of the global university recruitment strategy by driving the perception of Visteon, pipeline of candidates and collaboration efforts with partners.
Key Success measures
Develop an industry benchmarked comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with organization's business objectives, product roadmap, tech talent and five-year growth plans. This includes defining the footprint, talent roadmap, identifying critical talent needs, potential costs, and establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
Recruitment Framework: Optimize end-to-end recruitment process to improve efficiency, quality, and candidate experience. Streamline workflows, eliminate bottlenecks, and implement technology solutions to reduce time-to-fill and overall recruitment outcomes. Provide and implement industry best practices.
Design and implement a robust leadership and university selection framework that identifies, assesses, recruits top talent from universities and ensures a pipeline of high-potential candidates for leadership roles in the organization.
Strategy execution: Implement a comprehensive talent pipeline strategy that includes targeted outreach, recruitment marketing campaigns, and partnerships with relevant industry organizations to attract high-quality candidates for key positions.
Technical Knowledge and Skills:
Master’s / bachelor’s degree in business management or related field
12+ years of relevant experience preferably in regional or global environment, with a focus on strategic roles and leadership positions
Understanding of working and collaborating in a global matrixed HR organization
Experience in driving transformation talent programs to attract top-tier talent in a fast-paced environment
Design & execution experience of Internal Talent marketplace
Broad business perspectives with insights into industry best practices & how they translate into talent strategy
Deep understanding of diversity and inclusion principles and a commitment to embedding them in talent acquisition strategies
Proficiency in leveraging evolving technology and recruitment tools to drive efficiency
Experience in developing and implementing hiring strategy by leveraging talent marketing, people connect, market intelligence, talent landscaping, cost optimization, workforce planning
