Role:

  1. Contractual and Full-time hiring in Tech:
  • Lead technical recruitment efforts to attract and hire top talent in alignment with organizational needs..
  • Partner with hiring managers and team leads to understand staffing needs and requirements.
  • Source, screen, and assess candidates for contract roles, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
  • Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates and diverse talent pools.
  • Conduct technical interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate proficiency and potential.

2.Build TA Dashboard and Reports:

  • Design and maintain talent acquisition dashboards to track key recruitment metrics and KPIs.
  • Generate regular reports and analytics to provide insights into recruitment performance.
  • Identify trends and patterns in data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership to support strategic workforce planning.

Skills:

  1. 3+ years of experience in tech recruitment from product tech companies.
  2. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills;
  3. Good to have project management skills, with the ability to manage communications throughout multiple projects and priorities simultaneously;
