The ideal candidate will have proven experience working withUS clients, MSP/VMS programs, and direct end clients , and a solid understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities inUS IT & Non-IT staffing Establish and manage relationships withdirect clients, MSPs, and implementation partners Generate new requirements and maintain a consistent pipeline of job openings Negotiaterates, contracts, MSAs, NDAs, and SLAswith clients Coordinate with recruiting teams to ensure timely and quality submissions Manage client expectations and ensure high client satisfaction and retention Track sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics Stay updated on US staffing trends, market rates, and hiring demands Represent the company in client meetings, calls, and negotiations (US time zones) Required Skills & Qualifications 3+ years of experience as aBDM / Sales Manager in US Staffing Strong network ofclients In-depth knowledge ofUS staffing models (C2C, W2, 1099) Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to work independently and meet revenue targets Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment and sales process Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) New client acquisition Number of active job requirements Revenue generation and growth Client retention and repeat business Conversion ratio (leads to closures)
