Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Presales to join our leadership team. This role is critical in bridging the gap between our revolutionary healthcare solutions and our prospective clients, including hospitals, clinics, and direct consumers. As the Director of Presales, you will lead the charge in building trust, demonstrating the value of our offerings, and ensuring successful onboarding of new clients through strategic and consultative presales practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Presales Strategy and Execution:

- Develop and implement a robust presales strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives.

- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure seamless lead conversion.

Solution Expertise and Value Communication:

- Act as a subject matter expert on ResearchAyu's products and services, particularly knee cartilage regeneration and upcoming innovations.

- Prepare compelling presentations, demonstrations, and proposals tailored to client needs.

Client Engagement:

- Partner with the sales team to engage with prospective clients, understand their pain points, and position ResearchAyu as the ultimate solution.

- Conduct in-depth discussions with clients to build trust and establish long-term relationships.

Team Leadership:

- Build, train, and mentor a high-performing presales team to scale operations and maximize efficiency.

- Establish KPIs to measure and improve team performance consistently.

Market Insights and Feedback:

- Collect and analyze client feedback to drive product enhancements and align with market demands.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitors to maintain ResearchAyu's leadership position.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven track record of leading presales in healthcare, life sciences, or related industries.

- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced environment.

- Expertise in consultative selling and value-based presales practices.
