**Job Summary**:
As a Presales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, revenue, and customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibility will be to effectively showcase our properties, understand client needs, and facilitate seamless sales experiences.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Pre-Sales Activities**
1. Conduct site visits, presentations, and meetings to showcase properties to potential clients.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and preferences.
3. Provide tailored sales consultations, highlighting property features and benefits.
**Sales Support**
1. Collaborate with sales teams to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
2. Prepare sales reports, analytics, and market feedback to inform sales strategies.
3. Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments.
**Client Relationship Management**
1. Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional customer service.
2. Address client queries, concerns, and objections promptly.
3. Ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
**Requirements**:
**Essential**
1. 1+ years of experience in presales, sales, or marketing in the real estate industry.
2. Proven sales track record, meeting or exceeding targets.
3. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong market knowledge and understanding of real estate trends.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
