Job Summary

We seek a dynamic *Talent Acquisition Specialist* to source, identify, and hire top talent for our clients. This role requires a proactive approach, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

- Long-term Commitment: Commit to working with IgniteAndRise for at least 90 days, contributing to team growth and success. Provide insights to improve recruitment processes.

- Recruitment: Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various positions, focusing on sales roles. Build a strong pipeline for both fresher and experienced positions.

- Candidate Management: Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to final placement, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Conduct interviews and provide feedback

- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies. Use various sourcing channels to reach potential candidates without relying on job portals initially.

- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven 3 years' experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.

- Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.

- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.

- ️ Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting software.

- Understanding of labor laws and regulations.

- ️ Strong decision-making skills.

What We Offer

Employment Type: Full-time and part-time positions available.

Work Flexibility: Onsite and work-from-home options.

Industry Focus: Serving both IT and non-IT sectors.

Probation Period: 90-day probation with performance-based compensation.

Base Salary: ₹10,000 per month, paid in full at the end of the 3-month contract (₹30,000 total).

Performance-Based Compensation:

- ₹15,000 for each fresher candidate placed.

- ₹30,000 for each experienced candidate placed.

Post-Probation Benefits: Competitive salary with a potential increase of 20% to 40%.

Timely Compensation: Payment within 45 to 60 days after the successful placement of candidates you refer.
