  • Work in conjunction with the IT department to set up hardware and software upgrades to simplify how the organization leverages data usage.
  • Analyze data before reporting findings and data-driven recommendations to the company for decision-making.
  • Collaborate regularly with various departments and staff members, including the marketing and customer service teams.
  • Interact with customers to evaluate product performance and identify areas of improvement.
  • Analyze data for market patterns and trends.
