Job Overview:

Ridhira Living Pvt. Ltd., a pioneer in creating luxurious and sustainable living spaces, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Procurement Analyst with a background in hospitality or real estate. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing procurement activities, vendor relationships, and ensuring cost-effective purchasing practices to support the company’s mission of developing premium, eco-friendly living spaces.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Vendor Management:
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage supplier relationships, ensuring the highest quality and cost-effectiveness in purchasing.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers, focusing on long-term partnerships.
  • Monitor supplier performance and address any discrepancies in delivery or quality.
  1. Procurement Process:
  • Analyze procurement data and trends to recommend cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
  • Ensure that procurement activities align with project timelines and budget constraints.
  • Implement procurement best practices to improve internal processes and reduce lead times.
  1. Cost Management:
  • Conduct detailed cost analysis for goods and services, especially in the areas of construction materials, furnishings, hospitality supplies, and technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to develop cost models and maintain budgetary control.
  1. Inventory and Logistics:
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of materials needed for ongoing and future projects.
  • Coordinate with logistics teams to streamline the transportation and delivery of goods to various project sites.
  1. Compliance and Documentation:
  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with internal policies and legal requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, contracts, and vendor agreements.
  1. Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the project management, finance, and operations teams to support the overall goals of the organization.
  • Provide regular procurement updates and reports to senior management.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of procurement experience, ideally in hospitality or real estate sectors.
  • Skills:
  • Strong negotiation skills with a focus on value engineering.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working in procurement for large-scale hospitality projects (hotels, resorts) or real estate developments.
  • Understanding of sustainable and eco-friendly procurement practices.
  • Certifications like CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply) or APICS (Association for Supply Chain Management) are a plus.
