Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Research and Development Specialist at Solstellar Pvt. Ltd. in Kozhikode. We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Research and Development Specialist to conduct in-depth market studies, gather insights, and support the development of strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in market research, data analysis, and product development, with a keen eye on emerging trends and market opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:


• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.

• Analyze market data and present findings to management to inform business strategies.

• Collaborate with product development teams to align research insights with product roadmaps.

• Evaluate new market opportunities and potential business models for existing and future products.

• Develop and maintain databases of market information, industry trends, and competitors.

• Design, implement, and manage primary research studies (surveys, focus groups, interviews).

• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to market and product performance.

• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to support lead generation and customer acquisition strategies.

• Stay updated with innovations, advancements, and emerging trends in the industry.

• Provide recommendations for market entry, expansion, and product positioning.


Qualifications:


• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.

• 3+ years of experience in market research, product development, or R&D.

• Proficiency in market research tools and software (e.g., SPSS, Google Analytics, Tableau).
