Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter with a strong background in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience and will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process. This includes sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for various technical positions within the organization. Proficiency in recruitment tools, particularly Talent Solutions, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
  • IT Recruitment: Source, screen, and recruit candidates for technical roles such as software developers, and other IT & Non-IT related positions.
  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize Talent Solutions and other recruiting tools/platforms to find top talent in the IT field.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to ensure candidates meet technical and cultural fit criteria.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team needs, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Job Postings: Write and post job descriptions on relevant platforms to attract qualified candidates.
  • Data Management: Maintain a recruitment database and track the status of each candidate throughout the hiring process.
  • Networking: Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-4 years of experience in IT recruitment.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with the IT industry and technical job roles.
  • Recruitment Tools: Proficiency with Talent Solutions and other recruitment platforms.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organization: Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate with team members and hiring managers effectively.
  • Adaptability: Ability to handle multiple roles and tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Proven track record of hiring for entry to senior-level IT roles.
