The Role
Korn Ferry is seeking an Associate Recruiter to join our RPO Talent Acquisition team with our exciting global client. As a Technical Associate Recruiter specializing in IT roles and E2E recruitment, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier technology talent for our esteemed client. In this role you will be working closely with both Recruiters & Senior Recruiters to ensure we bring the best talent into our client’s business.
Responsibilities:
Working in the role you will be required to:
- Attract top recruiting talent for specific career opportunities in the market, using numerous sourcing channels and methodologies.
- Execute headhunting, direct talent sourcing and networking strategies.
- Approach and screen candidates.
- Create talent pools as well as pipelining.
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity of internal ATS systems regarding Candidates data.
- Work closely with the Internal Recruiter on a daily basis and support him/her in order to meet all KPI’s and SLA’s
- Suggest process improvements concerning all aspects of the recruitment – we are always looking for ideas how to be better

Work mode: Hybrid (3 days - On site & 2 days - WFH)
Qualification:
- 2 to 5 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on supporting Tech/IT hiring in the Indian market.
- A Bachelor’s degree is required

- Relevant Experience: Proven hands-on experience in full-cycle IT recruitment, with a track record of successfully filling technical roles for large-scale technology clients.
- Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of IT roles, technologies, and skill sets, enabling you to effectively assess and match candidates to client needs.
- Client-Centric Approach: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their unique requirements and delivering effective recruitment solutions.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and stakeholders at various levels.
- Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving client needs and industry trends.
- Data-Driven: Proficient in using data and metrics to drive decisions, optimize recruitment processes, and achieve results.
- Stakeholder Management : Responsible for day to day interaction with client/HM/HR business partners. Conduct interactions with clients/HM in a timely, professional and responsive manner.
