AGM-DGM - EHS shall independently manage EHS functions of the entire organization.


- Co-ordinate with other teams to work out environmental management targets for Company and work with various departments to achieve the same.


- Develop health and safety protocols for all activities undertaken by the Company, its contractors, sub contractors, facility management personnel and employees and implement the same across all departments.


- Carry out regular audits/checks to ensure that Health and Safety protocols are adhered to at all times without any lapse. Shall benchmark best industry standards for implementation.

- Should be able to train and implement safe working practices.

- Should be able to independently enforce EHS across all locations.

- Will establish project development/PAM EHS targets for the company.

- Should be able to train workers, supervisors and managers.

A. Ideal Candidate Profile

1. Qualification: B.E. (Civil/Mech/Elect) + PG Diploma in EHS.

2. Experience:

a. Minimum work experience of 15 years in large industrial projects construction and properties management across various functions of projects life cycle.

b. Experience in senior management position handling multiple construction sites, facilities and staff

c. Experience of industrial project is a must. Development experience of Industrial / logistics parks will be preferred.

d. Should be well versed with managing EHS for construction and property management activities

e. Independently handled EHS with multiple contractors and service providers.

f. Good written and verbal skills in English. One or more local language will be good.

g. Should be an Excellent Administrator.

h. Should be conversant with latest industry practices.

i. Good at management reporting.

j. Should have sound knowledge of EHS practices for operating utilities in a Park.

k. Pleasant personality and team player

l. Should be sincere, honest and a reliable resource.

B. Location

- Will be required to travel extensively in India.
