Your Mission

Lead the charge in building a high-performing, customer-obsessed team at scale. You'll attract top talent, craft game-changing training programs, and ensure our culture stays vibrant as we grow. You'll shape careers, capabilities, and company culture.

What You'll Do

1. Build & Lead the People Function

  • Own the full employee lifecycle — from hiring and onboarding to performance, growth, and retention.
  • Design scalable workforce planning models to support rapid outlet launches.
  • Build an irresistible employer brand in the QSR and F&B talent market.

2. Design Impactful Training

  • Create training programs that make every team member a service superstar.
  • Own the Learning Management System (LMS) for consistent, measurable skills development.
  • Launch cross-training and career pathways that keep teams agile and motivated.

3. Shape Culture & Engagement

  • Keep our "high energy, high ownership" culture alive across multiple cities.
  • Build recognition, rewards, and engagement programs that people rave about.
  • Champion diversity, inclusion, and a safe, positive workplace for all.

4. Drive Compliance & Best Practices

  • Ensure we're 100% compliant with labor laws, POSH, and workplace safety standards.
  • Build HR policies that are fair, clear, and empower managers to lead better.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years in HR with at least 1 year in a leadership role (Prior QSR or F&B experience is essential for consideration).
  • Strong track record in scaling HR & training for multi-location businesses.
  • A creative trainer who knows how to make learning stick.
  • Sharp business acumen and the ability to balance speed with structure.
  • Excellent communicator, influencer, and culture champion.
