Branch Manager Job Description

A highly skilled Branch Manager is required to lead and manage a team of branch managers/cluster managers, focusing on sales, branch operations, and administration.

  3. Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, employees, and external partners.
  4. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
  5. Coach and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to align business goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • 5-15 years of experience in sales and collection functions.
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with private commercial banks and large banking systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
