Requirements:
- 5-15 years of experience in sales and collection functions.
- Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with private commercial banks and large banking systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
