Lead the Way in IB Education

We are seeking an exceptional individual to lead our IBDP Programme, providing strategic direction, quality assurance, and operational management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing visionary leadership for the IBDP, aligning it with our school's mission and goals;
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans for the growth, improvement, and innovation of the IBDP;
  • Promoting the IB ethos and values throughout our school community;
  • Collaborating with school leadership on whole-school planning and cross-programme alignment;

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Education or subject-related field (Master's preferred);
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IB education, with at least 2 years in a leadership role;
  • Proven experience with IBDP curriculum and assessment;
  • Completion of IB-recognized leadership training and Category 1–3 workshops;
  • Experience managing IB authorization or re-authorization processes;
  • Strong background in data-driven academic leadership and quality assurance;
  • Familiarity with digital platforms such as ManageBac, IBIS, and MyIB;
