
Senior Human Resources Executive

Key Responsibilities
">- Employee Onboarding and Engagement: The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including staff recruitment and selection, employee onboarding and induction programs, training coordination, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records and personal files, prepare and issue appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documents.
- Payroll and Attendance Management: Compile and process monthly attendance and leave data, coordinate payroll activities with the accounts department.
- Employee Engagement and Welfare: Organize employee engagement activities and events, address employee queries and resolve grievances in coordination with the HR Manager.
- Compliance and Training: Ensure adherence to statutory compliance, assist in implementing HR policies and procedures across departments, coordinate with department heads for training needs, and schedule and maintain training records.
Job Requirements:
- Recruitment and Selection: Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various positions, coordinate interviews, and manage the selection process.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Develop effective communication skills, work collaboratively with department heads and employees to achieve organizational objectives.
- Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Resolve employee grievances and address workplace issues effectively, using analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Organizational and Time-Management Skills: Prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
