Customer Success Specialist

We are seeking a Customer Relations AM to oversee the complete cycle of sourcing, ensuring seamless collection of e-waste from suppliers, processing invoices, and facilitating payments post-contract signing. You will collaborate with various departments including sourcing, logistics, finance, and production to guarantee client satisfaction. Building and nurturing strong customer relationships will be a key aspect of this role, along with preparing performance reports, addressing customer issues, and providing exceptional support.
Facilitate the entire sourcing cycle post-contract signing, including e-waste collection, invoice processing, and payment receipt.
Liaise with internal departments to ensure client and seller satisfaction.
Prepare and maintain client/supplier performance reports and presentations.
Conduct meetings with customers/suppliers to strengthen business relationships.
Manage email communications and follow-up calls effectively.
Address and resolve any customer issues related to business growth, billing, and overall satisfaction.
Coordinate and train new customers efficiently.
Possess in-depth knowledge of the company's business model to address customer inquiries effectively.
Demonstrate the value of our Single Platform to customers by delivering outstanding customer support daily.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills
Bachelor's/Master's degree preferred.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills, business analytical skills, commercial acumen, negotiating skills, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to learn quickly with a creative, open-minded, and innovative approach.
Positive, polite, confident, sincere, and friendly demeanor.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly under pressure.
Ability to maintain composure during stressful phone conversations.
