Key Responsibilities of the role:

This role will be responsible for developing and executing on learning strategies and interventions for Galaxy Surfactants across the organisation. This will ensure the talent readiness and availability of the pool for various business driven agendas at all times.

  • Leadership & Behavioral Training
  • Conduct needs analysis to identify key tasks/skills to target in the curriculum and perform a post-implementation evaluation on key performance and business metrics.
  • Support in designing and developing learning programs with a basic understanding of adult learning principles and systematic instructional design.
  • Work with best-in-class external service providers and L&OD partners to deliver learning programs.
  • Co-creating and rollout of Leadership, Functional and Behavioral training initiatives.
  • Design learning interventions (journey & content) with a quantitative measure of success
  • Build content for learning interventions facilitated internally through strong research, conceptual knowledge & stakeholder management
  • Manage effective formal and informal communication for learning programs such that it drives awareness, adoption, and attendance.
  • Gather and analyze the effectiveness of training interventions, including its employee experience and its business impact.
  • Ability to manage learning programs across the L&D team personal effectiveness, foundational technical and functional skills, and managerial skills.

· Program Manager of CDP - Contribute to process and learning design for targeted talent grades. Innovate and sharpen processes continuously to drive execution efficacy

  • Support the processof Annual Talent Review for identifying and developing high potential employees and succession planning for critical positions.
  • Data and Insights - Be the SPOC for all talent related data requests and analysis. Understand and leverage data and analytics to present fact based performance updates (e.g. data for leadership feedback, assimilation and presentation of current talent data, CDP development monitoring etc.)

Functional Capabilities:

  • Has strong knowledge of effective learning and development methods. Conceptual strength on Learning & Development with awareness of contemporary methodologies.
  • Has awareness of various L&D delivery channels (i.e. digital modules, scenario-based learning, gamification, classroom training, coaching, etc.)
  • Has experience managing e-learning platforms and practices
  • Has experience curating content for learning programs based on program outline and objectives.

Key Performance Indicators for this position:

  • Lead annual TNI exercise to determine learning needs (current and skills of the future) for Galaxy and ensure 100% training needs are addressed
  • Annual Training Measurement Effectiveness to be monitored as per Kirkpatrick Model for all programs, effectiveness of external trainings to be reported at level 4.
  • Ensure 100% coverage for all Organizational and Compliance Level Trainings
  • Adherence to Annual Training and Monthly Plan up to 90%
  • Efficiency of CDPs to be monitored, reviewed, and reported Quarterly
  • Ensure and facilitate all new employee PE trainings during onboarding
  • Reporting of Training Metrics and Reports monthly, quarterly, and annually
