Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Enterprise Sales Manager to join our Gurugram team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships, exceeding sales targets, and driving enterprise-level business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions to large-scale businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales Strategy and Execution
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue goals.
  • Identify and target new enterprise customers across industries.
  1. Client Relationship Management
  • Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers in enterprise accounts.
  • Understand customer needs and provide customized solutions.
  1. Pipeline Management
  • Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Regularly update forecasts and deliver accurate reporting to leadership.
  1. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement
  • Work with internal teams to develop proposals, pricing, and product solutions tailored to client requirements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation campaigns.
  1. Market Insights
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Share insights with leadership to refine product offerings and sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5-8 years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in Large Enterprise Sales or account management
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and consultative selling.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Gurugram.
  • Network: Established relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers in enterprise companies.
