Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Enterprise Sales Manager to join our Gurugram team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships, exceeding sales targets, and driving enterprise-level business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions to large-scale businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy and Execution
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Identify and target new enterprise customers across industries.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers in enterprise accounts.
- Understand customer needs and provide customized solutions.
- Pipeline Management
- Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Regularly update forecasts and deliver accurate reporting to leadership.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement
- Work with internal teams to develop proposals, pricing, and product solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation campaigns.
- Market Insights
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Share insights with leadership to refine product offerings and sales strategies.
Requirements
- Experience: 5-8 years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in Large Enterprise Sales or account management
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and consultative selling.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Gurugram.
- Network: Established relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers in enterprise companies.
