Key Responsibilities:

- Drive the End-to-End Sales Cycle: Take complete ownership of the sales process-from identifying potential leads, qualifying prospects, conducting initial outreach, and leading negotiations to successful closure and onboarding. Ensure seamless handoffs to delivery teams to maintain a high standard of client satisfaction.

- Lead and Grow the Sales Team: Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team. Instill a data-driven sales culture with clear KPIs and performance benchmarks. Regularly review pipeline health, deal velocity, and conversion ratios to guide team strategies.

-Build a Strong Sales Pipeline: Continuously identify and qualify new business opportunities across target verticals. Leverage both inbound and outbound sales strategies to fill the pipeline with high-quality leads across international markets.

- Strategize and Execute Go-To-Market Plans: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define market entry strategies for different geographies and industry segments. Tailor messaging and positioning to align with customer needs and market trends.

- Create Competitive Pricing Models: Design flexible and competitive pricing structures for various engagement models including fixed-price, time & material, and outcome-based models. Ensure alignment with company profitability goals.

- Lead Client Interactions and Presentations: Act as a trusted advisor to clients during discovery sessions. Deliver persuasive presentations and solution demos in collaboration with the technical and marketing teams.

- Negotiate and Close Deals: Lead commercial and legal negotiations, ensuring win-win outcomes. Navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, long decision timelines, and large contract values.

- Develop and Maintain Executive Relationships: Build strong, long-term relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers. Act as a point of escalation and ensure high customer satisfaction post-sale.

- Forecasting and Reporting: Generate accurate sales forecasts, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to leadership. Use CRM tools to manage the sales pipeline, deal progression, and client communications.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Strategy is highly preferred.

- Vertical Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of one or more industry domains such as Unified Communications & Collaboration, IoT, Healthcare, or FinTech, with the ability to engage in deep, value-based conversations.

- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets. Experience in closing multi-million-dollar deals and managing complex enterprise sales cycles.

- International Market Exposure: Extensive experience selling to global clients, especially in the North American and European markets. Comfortable with remote collaboration across time zones and cultures.

- Strategic Thinking and Execution: Strong business acumen with the ability to align client needs with organizational goals. Able to think strategically while executing tactically.

- Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to create compelling proposals and deliver impactful presentations to senior stakeholders.

- Negotiation and Contractual Understanding: Skilled in navigating legal, IP, compliance, and contractual frameworks commonly involved in international technology engagements.

- Tools & Tech Savvy: Familiarity with modern CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), proposal tools, and digital communication platforms.
