About the role and eligibility criteria:

We are seeking candidates with
6–10 years of proven experience in Maharashtra,

working as a
State Head or Regional Head

handling sales, business development, or dealer management within the Agritech industry (farm machinery, tractors, Agritech startups, agri drones, etc.). The role involves
driving B2C sales, building and managing a B2B sales network, and developing government, institutional, and financing partnerships.

This is an ideal role for individuals with strong knowledge of agricultural machinery and technology, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Individuals interested in this role must be comfortable travelling extensively in Maharashtra.

Additional Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education:

Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agricultural Engineering, Agriculture, Marketing, or related field.
- Skillsets:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite/ Google Suite
- Languages known:

Must be able to understand and speak the local language spoken by farmers/ dealers in Maharashtra
