Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site position based in New Delhi, focusing on Employee Relations Management.

- The Employee Relations Manager will play a pivotal role in fostering positive employee relations, driving engagement initiatives, implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and overseeing performance management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Relations Management:

- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with employees, fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment.

- Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and effective manner, utilizing problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

- Act as a liaison between employees and management, facilitating open communication and mutual understanding.

Employee Engagement Initiatives:

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and morale.

- Organize and coordinate employee events, recognition programs, and other initiatives to promote a positive work culture.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address factors affecting employee satisfaction and retention.

HR Policy Implementation:

- Ensure the consistent application of HR policies and procedures throughout the organization.

- Keep abreast of changes in labor laws and regulations, advising management on compliance requirements.

- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.

Performance Management Oversight:

- Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.

- Identify opportunities for performance improvement and professional development, working closely with managers and Strong knowledge and experience in employee relations and engagement practices.

- Familiarity with HR policies and procedures, with the ability to interpret and apply them effectively.

- In-depth understanding of labor and employment law, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Experience in performance management, including goal setting, feedback, and coaching.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with employees and stakeholders.

- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, capable of addressing and resolving employee issues effectively.

- Experience in the education or service industry is preferred.

- HR certification or related degree would be advantageous.
