Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for Sr.Manager- Corporate Sales based in New Delhi.
Proven Experience:
- Candidates should have a track record in business development, sales, or a related field, indicating they have successfully generated leads, closed deals, or achieved other relevant goals.
- Negotiation and Communication Skills: Strong abilities in negotiating deals and communicating effectively with clients and colleagues are essential for this role.
- Client Relationship Building: The ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients is crucial for long-term business success.
- Problem-solving and Analytical Skills: Candidates should be adept at identifying issues, analyzing data, and developing effective solutions to address challenges that arise in the sales process.
- Independence and Teamwork: The role may require both independent work, such as managing one's own sales pipeline, and collaboration with team members to achieve collective goals.
- Knowledge of Education Industry: While not mandatory, familiarity with the education sector could be advantageous, particularly if the role involves selling products or services to educational institutions.
- Educational Background: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is typically preferred, as it provides a foundation in business principles and strategies.
- Proficiency in Software: Candidates should be comfortable using Microsoft Office suite (e. g. , Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage sales activities and client interactions.
