Title: Assistant Manager - Corporate Sales
Role & Responsibilities:
As the Assistant Manager of Corporate Sales, your primary responsibilities will involve:
- Team Handling: Lead and manage the corporate sales team, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve targets.
- Sales Goal Management: Set sales goals and develop effective strategies to meet and exceed them, ensuring alignment with overall corporate objectives.
- Business Development: Manage and train the business development team to effectively identify and pursue new opportunities for business growth.
- Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads through various channels, including cold calling and networking, to expand the client base.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
- Target Achievement: Take ownership of achieving sales targets by monitoring progress, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Education:
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in a related field
