- We are seeking a Customer Relations Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have. You will work closely with the Customer Relations Manager to develop strategies for improving customer experience and loyalty. Additionally, you will assist in training and supervising customer relations staff and implementing procedures to streamline operations. Responsibilities: Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback. Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.


- Develop and maintain positive relationships with key customers. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns. Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures. Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and propose initiatives for improvement. Train and supervise customer relations staff. Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure resolution in a timely manner. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in customer relations.


- Qualifications: Degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in customer service or customer relations management, with at least 1 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure. Familiarity with CRM software and other customer management tools. Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards related to customer service. Proactive approach to identifying and addressing customer needs.
