Key Responsibilities:

- Franchise Expansion Strategy: Develop and execute a scalable strategy to expand the franchise network by identifying and engaging with companies interested in franchising opportunities.

- Corporate Partnerships: Initiate and manage relationships with corporates, conglomerates, and B2B partners that align with our franchise growth objectives.

- Deal Structuring & Negotiation: Lead negotiations for partnership and franchise agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and compliance with business objectives.

- Market Research & Opportunity Analysis: Identify high-potential sectors and regions for franchise growth. Conduct competitor analysis and stay abreast of market trends.

- Pitching & Representation: Represent the company at industry events, investor meetings, and franchise expos. Develop compelling pitches and presentations.

- Internal Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with legal, operations, marketing, and finance teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new franchise partners.

- Performance Tracking: Set KPIs, track results of partnerships and franchise deals, and adjust strategies based on performance Proven experience in business development, franchising, or strategic partnerships (5+ years preferred)

- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution capabilities

- Deep knowledge of franchise business models and legal frameworks

- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

- Experience working with CXOs and business owners

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment

- MBA mandate, preferably from Tier 1 or Tier 2 college
