Description: Job Description for AVP/ VP/Team Lead/ Associate Director: Franchise Onboarding RoleKey Establish new strategic partnerships with companies- Drive revenue through existing onboarded projects.- Cultivate and sustain a high-performing team.- Implement effective hiring strategies and manage attrition effectively.- Identify and engage potential partners to strategically expand market presence.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process.- Offer guidance and support to partners during the onboarding journey, addressing any challenges they may face.- Continuously assess and improve the onboarding and partnership processes- Monitor key performance indicators related to partner onboarding and network expansion, leveraging data to fuel ongoing improvements.- Oversee P&L management, ensuring that Sales and Marketing expenses (Customer Acquisition Cost) are around 25% while maintaining a minimum profit margin of MBA preferred.- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or franchise operations.- Proven track record of successfully onboarding and managing business/franchise partners.- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data.- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.- High level of organizational and multitasking skills (ref:iimjobs.com)
