Job Description:

We are looking for a
SEO Specialist / Manager – Website Optimization

to own and enhance our digital presence. The role involves
building organic visibility, driving qualified traffic, and optimizing websites

for performance and conversion. You will work at the intersection of
SEO, analytics, and website management

, ensuring that our web assets serve as strong growth channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

• Perform keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and content gap analysis.
• Optimize on-page elements (titles, metadata, headings, content, internal linking).
• Drive off-page SEO strategies including link building and digital PR.
• Monitor performance and rankings using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools.
• Conduct regular SEO audits and implement recommendations.

Website Optimization & Management

• Maintain and update websites (WordPress / Webflow or equivalent).
• Ensure fast load speed, mobile responsiveness, and smooth user experience.
• Collaborate with design and development teams to build landing pages and campaign microsites.
• Track and report key website KPIs (traffic, bounce rate, conversions).

Growth Support

• Work with marketing teams to align SEO with content calendars and campaigns.
• Identify new opportunities to boost organic visibility for products and services.
• Support in technical SEO aspects (sitemaps, schema markup, redirects, etc.).

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's/Master's in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in SEO & website management (open to freshers for intern roles).
• Proficiency with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Analytics, Search Console).
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, or similar).
• Knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.
• Analytical skills with ability to translate data into insights.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
