Key Responsibilities:Partnership & Franchise Development:- Identify and target potential companies/entrepreneurs for franchise or business partnerships.- Evaluate and qualify prospective franchisees or business partners.- Create pitch decks, proposals, and presentations tailored to potential partners. Relationship Management:- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential partners.- Act as the key point of contact for all partner-related communication and issue resolution. Negotiation & Deal Closure:- Lead negotiations on commercial terms, contracts, and partnership agreements.- Collaborate with legal teams to finalize partnership/franchise agreements. Market Research & Lead Generation:- Conduct research to identify emerging markets and franchise opportunities.- Generate qualified leads through networking, events, digital platforms, and MBA preferred.- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or franchise operations.- Proven track record of successfully onboarding and managing business/franchise partners.- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data.- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.- High level of organizational and multitasking skills (ref:iimjobs.com)
