Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership- Own end-to-end onboarding of 8+ projects/month (scaling to 20 high-performing projects) with 40% margins.- Develop and execute franchise expansion strategies, targeting corporates, institutions, and entrepreneurs.Partnership Development- Identify, pitch, and onboard franchise partners/B2B clients through tailored proposals and negotiations.- Build long-term relationships with CXOs, investors, and industry leaders.Revenue Growth- Achieve sales targets with a CAC of 25% and ensure profitability of the vertical.- Structure deals, finalize contracts, and collaborate with legal/finance teams.Market Expansion- Conduct market research to identify high-potential sectors/regions and optimize franchise ROI.- Represent 100X at industry events, investor meetings, and franchise expos.Cross-functional Collaboration- Work with marketing, operations, and training teams to ensure seamless partner activation.- Track KPIs, analyze performance data, and iterate MBA from Ivy League/Tier I (IIT/IIM) or equivalent; Bachelors in Business/Marketing.Experience: Experience in franchise operations, channel sales, or corporate partnerships with P&L ownership.Skills- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management.- Data-driven decision-making and analytical rigor.- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for execution.Networking: Proven ability to engage with CXOs and investors (ref:iimjobs.com)
