Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Sales Support:

- Provide technical and sales support during the pre-sales phase, including understanding client requirements and proposing appropriate solutions.

- Create detailed proposals, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase our products and services.

Solution Design:

- Design and develop customized solutions based on client needs, including CCTV systems, networking, access control systems, and audio-video systems.

- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure solutions meet client requirements and align with industry standards.

Client Interaction:

- Engage with clients to understand their requirements, challenges, and objectives.

- Conduct needs assessments and gather information to develop tailored solutions that address client pain points.

Project Planning:

- Assist in project planning and scoping, including defining project deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.

- Coordinate with project managers and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.

Technical Expertise:

- Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in CCTV, networking, access control systems, and audio-video systems.

Proposal Development:

- Develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations that highlight the benefits and value of our solutions.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
