Location - Gurgaon/Noida/Pune
The Opportunity
We are looking for Pre Sales executives who are ready to learn in the Real
Estate Industry by demonstrating their calling expertise and catering
productive leads for the Sales team.
What You’ll do
- Persistent in achieving team targets
- Understand customer needs
- Filtration of leads received analytically for the sales team which may include
planning or fixing of site visits
- Calling clients and understanding their demands
- Build a strong client base of existing and new customers through calling
- Develop and manage prospective clients
- Focus on building long-lasting customer relationships
- Work towards customer engagement
- Perform daily basic excel tasks
Key Skills
- Any Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree from any reputed University.
- Demonstrated effectiveness in written and verbal communication
- Experience with creating a culture of engagement and teamwork.
- Flexible to learn from leaders
- Keen to gain knowledge on real estate
