Job Summary:
The Pre-Sales Executive works closely with the sales team to support business development by providing expert advice and technical insights into products or services. Key Responsibilities:
Client Needs Analysis:
Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide product or service recommendations.
Conduct in-depth needs analysis to tailor solutions that align with client business goals.

Product Demonstrations:
Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations that showcase product features, benefits, and unique selling points.
Explain technical aspects in a clear, accessible manner for non-technical stakeholders.

Solution Design:
Work with internal teams to design customized solutions, ensuring they are technically feasible and meet customer needs.
Collaborate with product management teams to provide feedback from customer interactions and improve product offerings.

Proposal Development:
Assist in preparing proposals, RFPs (Request for Proposals), and RFQs (Request for Quotations) with clear and accurate product information.
Contribute to the writing of detailed technical documentation to support bids.

Client Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing ongoing technical support and guidance.
Engage in follow-up activities to ensure customer satisfaction post-sale.

Market & Product Expertise:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product developments to provide up-to-date information to clients.
Conduct product training for both internal sales teams and external clients.

Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to post-sales support.
Share insights and market intelligence gathered from customer interactions with the broader team.
