Job Description:

- Lead and manage a team of Sales Executives to ensure achievement of sales targets.

- Conduct daily field visits to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare centers along with the team.

- Build and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers.

- Strategically present and promote MediMinds healthcare applications to drive adoption.

- Train and mentor team members on pitch delivery, objection handling, and relationship building.

- Gather market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback to support continuous product improvement.

- Develop and execute business growth strategies in assigned regions.

- Monitor performance metrics and generate regular reports for management.

- Collaborate with internal departments to align field insights with company MBA in Sales & Marketing or relevant field.

- 2-4 years of experience in business development, preferably in the healthcare domain.

- Proven leadership and team-handling abilities.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Willingness to travel regularly for fieldwork and team supervision.
