Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key end-user clients in the industrial sector to drive long-term engagement and business growth.- Sales Target Achievement: Ensure monthly and annual sales goals are consistently met or exceeded.- Solution Selling: Understand client requirements thoroughly and propose tailored MRO and industrial solutions aligned with their needs.- Commercial Discussions: Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and commercial terms with customers to close deals successfully.- Account Ownership: Serve as a single point of contact for assigned accounts, providing prompt resolution to customer queries and issues.- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with procurement, logistics, and technical teams to ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery.- Market Intelligence: Monitor industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of competition.- Reporting: Prepare and present accurate sales reports, forecasts, pipeline updates, and customer insights to the management team on a regular basis.- Customer Engagement: Drive initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.- CRM Utilization: Leverage CRM tools to track leads, manage opportunities, follow up effectively, and maintain updated customer data.Qualifications & Skills- 3 to 4 years of proven experience in industrial sales, B2B account management, or MRO/engineering product sales.- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.- Proven ability to manage customer accounts independently and deliver results against targets.- Proficiency in using CRM platforms and MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).- Ability to analyze market trends and convert insights into actionable business strategies.- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.- Ability to work collaboratively across teams while maintaining high accountability and ownership.
