Job Summary:
The CRM Growth and Sales Optimization Manager will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven CRM strategies that maximize customer engagement and drive revenue growth. This role will focus heavily on building and expanding the email database, segmenting the audience, and employing urgency-driven, sales-oriented campaigns. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in CRM management, database growth, and customer segmentation, with a deep understanding of sales psychology and testing frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- CRM Strategy & Execution: Develop and manage CRM strategies focused on building, optimizing, and scaling Protein World’s customer database. Implement sales-driven email marketing campaigns that emphasize urgency and conversion.
- Database Growth: Drive aggressive growth of the email database through website optimization, influencer partnerships, and data collection strategies. Lead efforts to continuously improve data collection from multiple touchpoints (e.g., social media, website, influencers, and partnerships).
- Segmentation & Personalization: Design and manage audience segmentation strategies to ensure tailored, personalized messaging. Identify key customer segments and implement targeted campaigns to maximize conversion rates.
- Testing & Optimization: Conduct continuous A/B testing across different CRM segments to determine the most effective messaging, timing, and offers. Utilize testing data to optimize customer engagement and sales tactics.
- Sales-Driven Campaigns: Create high-impact, urgency-focused email flows (e.g., abandoned cart, win-back, post-purchase) that drive sales through effective use of hard selling tactics. Incorporate psychology-based sales strategies to enhance conversion.
- Analytics & Reporting: Analyze CRM performance metrics (open rates, conversion rates, CTRs, etc.) and provide detailed reports. Use insights to refine future strategies and improve overall campaign performance.
- Collaboration with Influencers & Partners: Work closely with the influencer marketing and partnerships teams to drive CRM engagement through collaborative content and promotions. Ensure seamless integration of influencer-driven traffic into the CRM system.
- Customer Journey Management: Map out and continuously optimize the customer journey within the CRM, ensuring that each touchpoint is optimized for conversion and retention.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience in CRM management, sales optimization, and database growth, preferably in e-commerce, health, fitness, or nutrition industries.
- Proven track record of implementing high-impact CRM strategies focused on revenue growth and customer retention.
- Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo) and CRM software. Experience with Shopify and integrating CRM with e-commerce platforms is a plus.
- Deep understanding of sales psychology and hard-selling tactics through digital channels, with a focus on urgency-driven campaigns.
- Expertise in data-driven segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.
- Analytical mindset with experience in CRM performance metrics and reporting.
- Ability to work collaboratively with influencers and cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, design, content).
