We are looking for a highly organized and proactive **CRM Executive** to join our digital marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, enhancing customer satisfaction, and implementing CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and retention. You will play a key role in understanding customer needs, coordinating campaigns, and ensuring smooth client communication.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Relationship Management**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries and resolving issues efficiently.
- **Data Analysis**: Monitor and analyze customer data to understand client behavior, segment audiences, and identify opportunities for improvement. Generate insights and report on campaign performance.
- **CRM System Management**: Utilize CRM tools/software to maintain an accurate and up-to-date client database, track interactions, and manage workflows effectively.
- **Collaboration with Teams**: Work closely with marketing, sales, and content teams to ensure cohesive strategies and alignment on campaign objectives.
- **Customer Journey Mapping**: Design and optimize customer journeys, identifying pain points and opportunities for personalized communications to improve the overall customer experience.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather client feedback through surveys, reviews, and direct interactions to assess satisfaction levels and identify areas for service enhancement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a CRM role, preferably within a digital marketing or advertising agency.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting data and providing actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
